Ordering
You can place your order using the online facility at our website or by calling our sales hotline number on 0800 019 6965. We are happy to talk to customers about the technical aspects and sizing of our products. We endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt to avoid lengthy delays.

Payment can be made using major credit and debit cards. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order they should be made payable to: Best-For Ltd and sent to our offices at 6 Polestar Way, Weston-Super-Mare, BS24 7BT. Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched 7 days after receipt of your cheque. Arrangements can be made for us to accept cash payments - please call us for further details.

Buying
Please order online at this website, or by calling 0800 019 6965. On receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm availability and delivery details - usually by e-mail.

Privacy Statement
None of the information you supply to us will be used by third parties. We may use your e-mail address from time to time to inform you of any future special offers, new products or special promotions. Credit and debit card payments are processed using secure websites with the highest level of encryption. This means your details are secure and will not be disclosed to third parties.

Prices
Prices on this website include free delivery to UK customers. Items over £65 will be sent by first class post and items under £65 will be sent by second class post. All packages will be sent requiring a signature as proof of delivery.

Delivery
By using Royal Mail's first class recorded post we hope to deliver items with your Royal Mail delivery. However, on occasion the Royal Mail will deliver small packages separately. We can not be held responsible for any delays that occur in transit. All packages are sent recorded delivery to ensure safe arrival. Every effort is made to ensure items on the website are available for immediate delivery. Occasionally, some items may be temporarily out of stock and if so, we will contact you immediately. You will not be charged for an item that is not available.

Returns
If a refund or exchange is required, items should be returned to us in the original condition and packaging by Royal Mail Recorded delivery within 14 days of purchase. Exceptions can be made where a product has been purchased for a third party - please telephone us for further details. Refunds will be issued within 5 days of us receiving the returned goods - we will confirm details to you in writing. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned goods are deemed to be damaged, used or tampered with in any way. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Sizing
Sizing Pantofola d'Oro are Italian made shoes sized using the European size chart. Depending on the UK size ordered, we will ship the European equivalent. See our Size Chart for more details.

Sample Service
If you are unsure of your size, please call our customer helpline on 0800 0196965. We will discuss the best size for you and arrange to send you a single shoe sample of the size you require.

To do this, please call the customer helpline. After your call, place your order in the usual way. We will take a PreAuthorisation on you credit card. Your card won't be charged until you confirm that the size is correct whereby we will ship the matching shoe to complete your order. The pre-authorisation merely confirms funds are available to complete the transaction. If the shoe doesn't fit, please return it to us within 5 days using registered post and we'll send you the size of your choice once the returned shoe has arrived. Please note that your credit card will NOT be charged until the transaction completes.

Weight
Weights quoted are guideline only for a single shoe weighed under dry conditions. A size 42 of each range was weighed and the weight rounded up to the nearest 5g.
